Once a Year Service – $175

This is a Once a Year pest service plan. We will call you in 12 months to schedule your next visit. It has a 30 day guarantee so if you want to keep those bugs away you will want one of our more frequent service plans.

If you sign up for this service plan and decide within 30 days to switch to the 4 Times a Year service plan, the 6 Times a Year Service Plan or the 12 Times a year Service plan with Mosquito Control, we will give you a $25 credit towards that first service. This pest service includes complete spraying of the front and back yards, flower beds, sidewalk, driveway, fence line and inside the house when access is provided at time of service.
