12 Times a Year – $62 per visit*

This is for year round service, 12 visits per year. We come out every month. This service is only set up when our technician is unable to meet your level of pest control expectations with the 6 Times a Year service plan or if you are signed up for our monthly Mosquito Control Service.

We do not sign homes up for this plan initially, since it is our most expensive service and most customers will see great results with the less expensive 6 Times a Year Plan — unless they are also signed up for Mosquito Control, which requires monthly service. The 12 Times a year plan has an initial startup fee of $124, which covers your first and second services. You will be charged $62 for your third service and every month thereafter. This service has a full guarantee between visits.

If you ever have a pest problem, call us and we will come back out for free. This service includes complete spraying of the front and back yards, flower beds, sidewalk, driveway, fence line and inside the house when access is provided at time of service. Outside web removal is also included as time permits.
